GoHealth holds Training for LGA Desk Officers on Revised Data tools ...maintains commitment to boost ICT capacity of Desk Officers
The Gombe State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (GoHealth) in a bid to strengthen the BHCPF NHIA M&E Gateway system, has held a one day training exercise on the revised data tools. This is done in an effort to improve the quality of data collected in the state and improve staff capacity in reporting.
Reassuring the Desk officers of continued support and training, the Agency's Team Lead Dr. Abubakar Musa, promised to deploy all necessary materials to make data reporting as seamless and stress free as possible. He however noted, that to whom much is given much is absolutely required, so he hope the Desk Officers will up their game to ensure quality data collection and timely reporting of collated data. He emphasised that the Desk Officers must ensure they conduct monthly visits to all the facilities under them.
The Team Lead revealed that this is necessary, as GoHealth hopes to be able to digitise all it's processes, on it's way to being paperless.
Welcoming the desk officers earlier, the Agency's Director Planning Research and Statistics, Mr. Tanimu Umar revealed that GoHealth recently won a national award, for timely issuance and submission of reports. He thanked the Desk officers for their dedication, and prayed for them to do more.
