Formal Sector Programme

This is an intervention targeting individuals employed in the public sector and those in the organised private sector. In this program, beneficiaries contribute from their monthly salary based on an agreed percentage while the employer also pays same amount on behalf of the beneficiary. The contributions paid on behalf of a participant under the formal sector programme covers provision of health benefits for the participant and five dependants consisting of a spouse and four (4) biological children below the age of 18 years. More dependants will be covered upon payment of additional N9000 per dependant per year by the principal beneficiary.
