GoHealth holds On the Job Training for Desk Officers and Record Staff of Healthcare Providers on Mobile App usage.

The Gombe State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (GoHealth) has conducted reorientation and on the job trainings for desk officer and record department staff of Healthcare Providers.
This is in an attempt to give the desk officers hands on training in the handling of the current upgrades of GoHealth's ICT infrastructure and the introduction of the GoHealth Mobile App, for enrolment, booking of medical services, complaints and enquiries, and rating of HCP services, and provision of feedback.
The current ICT infrastructure enables facilities to fill in encounter data which will better enable the agency monitor the activities of the healthcare providers as well as ease communication between beneficiaries, healthcare providers and the agency.
