CIVIL SERVANTS EXPRESS GRATITUDE TO GOVERNOR MUHAMMADU INUWA YAHAYA, AS GOHEALTH BEGINS ENROLLMENT IN MDAS.
The Gombe State Contributory Health Management Agency (GoHealth) has begun enrollment of Gombe State Civil Servants into the GoHealth Formal Sector Program.
Addressing the GoHealth team that were at his office to commence enrollment of the staff of Deputy Governor's office, Mr. Bala M. Kaltungo, the Permanent Secretary, commended the Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya administration for introducing this laudable initiative that would ease the financial burden suffered by people when they fall sick.
Mr Kaltungo equally appreciated the GoHealth team for ensuring this programme comes to life within 6 months of the establishment of the agency while expressing satisfaction with the quick pace of the implementation of the scheme.
A driver in the Parastatal, revealed to GoHealth media team on the plea of anonymity that previously he spends over N60,000 annually to cater for the health expenses of his family, with the GoHealth initiative he will contribute less than 30,000 annually for him and 5 of his dependents.
The Director ICT, Musa Gidado Biri revealed that the event is targeted at capturing about 20,000 principal beneficiaries in the state. He stated that the enrollment uses ICT based data capture. He reassured the principal beneficiaries of enjoying the scheme by next month.
